I lost my father very unexpectedly. Kowalski funeral home took care of my family in this time of grief. i was so overwhelmed with the loss of my father i couldn't even function. Terry Kowalski made the whole experience and process so easy for me. She walked me through the process when we scheduled a meeting to talk and make arrangements. she went step by step, and in a sense let me take charge of my own father's funeral services along with her guidance. Terry Kowalski spoke at my father's funeral and the words that she spoke brought tears to peoples eyes, because she truly speaks from the heart. How hard she works and how dedicated she is to the families that come through her doors is a reason why I wanted to be a Funeral Director. Terry and the staff at Kowalski Funeral Home really do make you feel like family when you come speak to them. they answer every phone call, every text. if anyone is looking a TRUE family owned and operated funeral home go to Kowalski Funeral Home. She is the Face of the Company and that is why people recommend her. Thank you Terry.

I want to start by saying thank you to Terry and Nick. Losing my mom was not easy and being an only child I had no partner to bear some of the burden with. I found Terry to be a good source of knowledge and very straight forward. (That is my style). If you are looking to go somewhere and cry on there shoulder, this might not be the place for you. But the intake process is pretty lengthy. It took about 2 hours in total to complete all of the paperwork and making choices about the services. This could easily take 3-4 hours if you are not sure what you want or if you are a very indecisive person. Once the intake was completed and I had left the funeral home, I had Terrys direct contact information and I was able to communicate seamlessly at all times through a phone call or text message. Now on the day of everything was as expected and I was very surprised at the level of service of communication that Nick provided. At one point the flowers that I had ordered from a local vendor had not shown up and he called them on my behalf and ensured to mitigate the issue. The flowers were delivered and I was even refunded for them. Through the service Nick was hands on and available if anything was needed and even helped to coordinate an idea for a balloon release at the end of the service which was initially an idea that I had, but it was not a fully developed idea and he knew exactly what to do and when to do it. All in all I would recommend this company for anyone who needs a service for a loved one. Thanks to the Kowalski family, my family was able to grieve without the grief of drama or issues surrounding the funeral service itself.

If I can leave a zero star rating I would!!! I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Kowalski Funeral Home. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive during a time when we needed support and compassion the most. They mishandled several aspects of the funeral arrangements, causing additional stress and heartache for my family. Moreover, they kept $1500 from me without providing a clear explanation or justification. When I tried to address this issue, their responses were dismissive and unhelpful. I expected a level of care and respect during such a difficult time, but Kowalski Funeral Home failed to deliver on even the most basic expectations. I strongly advise against using their services. Save yourself the trouble and find a funeral home that truly cares about their clients and handles their business with integrity and professionalism.
