I had an incredible experience with Heritage Funeral Homes at the Berwyn, IL location. I worked with Kevin and his team to get everything sorted. These guys are very knowledgeable and very understanding when dealing with large and upset families. Since I have no idea what I'm doing they really helped me figure everything out with my sister to give our Mom the proper send-off she deserved. Then let me talk about Father Frank... my family will always be the first to complain when they don't like something, and I mean any little detail that's wrong. Father Frank spoke with us for about 20 minutes to get to know our family and our Mom. He then did a wonderful eulogy and all anyone could say was how he really gave the best and spot-on eulogy ever! My family keeps complimenting us on what a good job we did, how nice the wake was, my mom "looked like a movie star", and how smoothly everything went. I owe it all to Heritage Funeral home and their wonderful team. I hope I don't need them again anytime soon, but nice to know if I need them we would definitely use them again.

My wife unfortunately lost her brother in palm coast Florida. Between myself and my 2 sister in laws we made the decision to use Heritage funeral of Bunnell Florida for our services and burial. Jessica Story from Heritage was very sympathetic, comforting and knowledgeable about all the things we needed to complete. During a very tough time in our life she was able to remain calm, patient and despite a few issues not caused by the funeral home she was able to get everything set up and scheduled. The day of the viewing, mass and burial her and the rest of the staff were very comforting and we were able to put my brother in law to rest. I would use Heritage Funeral homes again. First off I want to say that Heritage Funeral Home in Berwyn,IL is AWSOME at what they do. Planning a funeral is one of the worst things any family can go through. The assistance, suggestions, support and understanding they gave was incredible. This was an unplanned funeral and we had to make very fast agreements. From 3 funeral homes, Heritage Funeral Home was our pick. The place is up to date, decent parking, the whole place was ours for 2 days. They took care of our loved one. He looked exactly how we remembered him. Frank was amazing!!! He walked us through all the details and was by our side every step of the way. His support is greatly appreciated. I hope I don’t need a funeral place anytime soon but if I do, Heritage Funeral Home Berwyn,IL will be my first call when it’s time to make arrangements.
