Jessica and Amy were amazing and supportive throughout the whole process, not only with me, but my mother as well while she was still with us. They made decision making very easy during this stressful time, explaining everything clearly and there were never any hidden costs or agendas. They even helped recover lost benefits, as my mother had purchased funeral insurance from them- and thank goodness she had, or we would have incurred the full brunt of the costs. I can’t thank these lovely people enough for helping in coordinating details, calling and recommending vendors, the continuing resources emails and just overall, being so caring.
