Overall we had a very good experience with Knotts Funeral Home. The one and only issue I had with them was during the final viewing at my father's service, they pushed my mother and I away to close the casket. They did not ask who we were to allow for more time but since we were sitting right in front, they should know or it should have been made known to them by the funeral director. We did not get to say our final goodbye in our time. Moving forward, they need to let the family and attendees know of any time constraints and also know WHO is WHO! We are out of State so we can't just visit my father.

From the moment we walked in we were amazed and comfortable before even meeting Lisa. She lead us through the process that neither of us had been through. We felt a connection that is rare, God was there with us and with Lisa and each person we dealt with. Thank you for the memorial blanket, it's given her so much comfort. They allow people to swipe debit cards that's not in the person's name or on their account they do not have authority to use. No money should come out of a deceased person bank account. For any reason. Especially if they are not the executor. They do not disclose any information to you if your name is not on signed on the paper regardless of who you are, executor or whom ever. All that matters is as long as they get paid.
