This is my third time over the years using Knott's Colonial Funeral Home, and I am very grateful that I found this wonderful funeral home. Bob Knotts guided my sister and I through my mother's recent funeral in April. Bob is experienced, honest, compassionate, and he works within your budget to lay your loved one to rest with dignity and respect. Bob is very knowledgeable with the cemeteries and their requirements, and he knows monument companies in the area for the headstones and engraving. I highly recommend Knott's Colonial Funeral Home for your family's funeral needs. You will be in good hands at a very difficult time.

Knott Colonial did an incredible job for my friend's service. He paid attention to every detail and everything went smoothly. We appreciate all that he does. We recommend Bob to anyone who is looking for a funeral home in the area.

Extremely disappointing. The owner (and anyone one who worked there) was nowhere to be found the day of the service. I had to ask for music to be played, for toilet paper for the bathroom (which he accused us of stealing, this was before Covid), for flowers to be handed to everyone to be placed on the casket. The owner admitted he was wrong on the many, many issues that were not taken care of, or cared about, but also tried to blame his employees. I had to give the limo driver directions. The owner said "he's old". He wasn't. My mom looked nothing like herself, whomever worked on her must have rushed because it was a terrible job. Not the make-up, her physicality. Absolutely no sympathy from anyone the entire time. Flowers people ordered thru their website did not show up. He offered grief counseling info and didn't give it even after I pointed out that he didn't give it to me. If I could do it again, which I can't, I would have chosen a different funeral home. Don't go there.
