My husband died unexpectedly and KnighAuchmoody was a complete blessing. I can’t say enough about Mike, the funeral director. He was respectful, compassionate and consistently available to answer questions. He made a process that is so difficult as seamless as possible. All the paperwork was done as easily as possible, with the death certificates done quickly. God bless you Mike. You are amazing. I wish i had better words to describe how excellent he was for our family.

A huge thank you to Michael and his team at Auchmoody Funeral Home. We had to bury my mom and it was such a devastating time for my sibling and I as well as our entire close - knit family. Between the paperwork for her to every request we had, Michael was able to accommodate it all. Not one thing we asked for went unnoticed or ignored. I truly am amazed with the level of professionalism, kindness and caring the entire staff showed. I’ll never be able to thank them enough. It meant everything to me to be able to do my moms hair one last time before we laid her to rest and Mike made sure I was able to do that. A huge thank you to his sister/sister-in-law for the cosmetics; you truly out did yourself and we couldn’t have been happier. Mike was able to connect with all of us on an emotional level and we couldn’t have asked for a better burial for our mom. She truly would have been so pleased with the services and help given to us from the whole staff. I know we’ve thanked him so many times this week but from the bottom of our hearts thank you all so much! ❤️☺️

My family and I lost my father three weeks ago now. It’s been the hardest thing we’ve ever had to deal with. Michael the funeral director was so kind and understanding of our deep pain. His energy and compassion towards us made feel like we were talking with a long time friend. My dad was cremated. We are a large close family and with that comes a lot of decisions of what keepsakes for each person and ultimately what my mom was okay with. This was so hard for her but Michael took the time and patience with her. From the cards to the pictures she wanted on his obituary and us taking what I felt like was forever to figure out the keepsakes. My dad was and will always by my hero and the love my parents had ( and will always have) honestly made this beyond difficult to even go through what some people might think is simple (choosing what for who ) We looked at things and cried, thought about what dad would’ve liked etc… and Michael was right with us. The obituary also was written so beautifully. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts!
