This by far was the worst experience EVER had in my life the way that they handled my mother’s funeral! I had paid for her funeral over 10 years ago. They call my 3 days after she had passed. One of my family who wasn’t authorized to sign the paperwork did. Then they chased me down to sign it on the viewing and the burial. Regrettably, attempts to address issues with the owner, who is also a lawyer, proved futile. This experience left me feeling helpless against an unyielding system. I implore you, if you are considering this establishment for your loved one's arrangements, to look elsewhere. The ordeal I endured at this facility stands as the epitome of incompetence and insensitivity, a chapter I wish never to revisit!

My mom passed away suddenly and even though I am almost 30 I had zero clue where to start, what to do, it was an extremely difficult time.
