Like indicated in previous reviews they mess up death certificate names such as the persons parents names, that have been properly given to them in initial meeting. THEY DO NOT FIX! DO NOT RECOMMEND! They appear to have a lot of business and unable to keep track of what is what. There staff often relays incorrect information. Unprofessional business. Lack of compassion. It was my first funeral experience and wow people were amazed at what they saw. My mom looked horrible. In our initial meeting we were told her hair and makeup would be done and we asked for that. The day before, they say it's not going to be and going to use the backup wig I brought. I explained I wanted to see her with her natural hair and see if I liked it. That didn't happen. If I had the choice, a family member could of done it. I'm looking at her like what happened. It appears why too much fluid was used because she was even bigger than she was originally. She had fluid stain on her new outfit. She was buried without shoes or earrings that I provided in advance and bought for the occasion. Being buried in shoes or with the in the casket was very important. They took that choice away from me. They said they couldn't fit and handled me a bag with them at the cemetery with the casket being closed and me no longer having the option to bury her without shoes or earrings in her casket. When you have an issue, they come back at you with hostility. I know found out they put the incorrect father's names on the death certificate and we'll it seems to be my problem as they didn't indicate that they would be resolving their mistake. Burial program or not everyone deserves understanding and respect. I got neither and they made a horrible day even worse with their behavior. If you have the means,go somewhere else and safe yourself some grief.

When my dad passed that reassured me that I'll be cremated. Thank y'all for granuaree ting 🗣️this IMPORTANT decision for my future 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 horrible communication, literacy complications, And NO type of Ethics of dealing with folks. Horrible 😔

Like no other. Awesome staff that can make you feel so much better at such a sad occasion. They're the best.
