It’s Buela for me,she’s good all the way up until it’s time to present a death certificate and then she’s very unprofessional,my mom has been constantly calling her trying to get my step fathers death certificate for business reasons and has been getting the run arounds and hasn’t received it yet but that’s how you learn though and we’ll never use their services again because a business is suppose to be professional but I guess once the money is received you’re irrelevant.

I wanted to give them 20 stars. Shante is excellent and a great person. I was assisted and guided by her during my entire process for my father and his headstone marker. I appreciate them so much.
