The staaff at Kibbey Fishburn are exceptional. Darren and Mike are so kind and considerate and go above and beyond to help in one of the hardest times in your life. I was very comforted knowing that they were taking care of everything for the loss of my loved one. Thank you Kibbeys for being outstanding and kind.

The outstanding staff at kibby fishburne were wonderful during the planning of my sister's funeral. She passed unexpectedly and we needed a lot of help and guidance through the funeral planning experience. Adam did a wonderful job and even went out of his way to contact us after the funeral to check on how we were doing. I cannot thank the staff enough for other wonderful caring.

I have been waiting a couple months to write this review, on the fence about whether or not it’s worth it. I also was worried about my family getting contacted about it which I don’t want either. Although they were quick and got things done efficiently, there was a lot of insensitivity. Throughout the ordeal the guy (idr his name unfortunately) who was working with us made several comments that were annoyingly misogynistic which grieving families don’t need to hear or deal with. That was a lesser issue though. A main frustration is that my grandma did not at all look like herself after the embalming, the job to preserve her was done poorly. She had a severe frog mouth and she just did not at all look like she was ever living. The biggest icing to the cake though was being reminded that we’re just customers. During the viewing, the funeral home was giving another family a tour and they came into the viewing room with brochures and talking about their own loss. How rude is that?? Then when my grandpa was grieving the loss of his wife, they pulled him aside to ask for payment. Can that not wait, or be done in a more tactful way and time? Overall the experience with this business was not what it should have been. I am giving two stars rather than one though due to the ability for them to get things done quickly and make sure my grandpa was in the loop on everything.
