Do not trust your loved ones in their care!! Sadly our last memory of my beautiful sister was traumatizing and this will always be engraved in our heads because of their inadequacy and incompetence! We hired them to deliver what they advertised on their website “the funeral is an important opportunity to pay tribute to someone you loved. It is a time for relatives and friends to gather tell stories, to share memories, to acknowledge your loss and support one another” but instead, it was spent talking about how this did not even look like my sister and people were mortified. She looked like an 80 yr woman when she was 48. I’d be more than happy to share pictures (privately) as to what kind of work they did. This image will always be engraved in our heads now and forever and we cannot change that. It was mortifying and a disgrace to my sister’s memory. We requested a refund for a poor and unsatisfactory job (we think that’s fair) however, they’ve stopped communicating after a few exchanged emails to resolve this matter. I would highly NOT recommend Kevin Lyons & The Marvil Family Funeral Home to anyone!!

I first want to give a HUGE thank you to Kevin and his staff.The first time we met Kevin was to gather information for my mother in law,he talked to us like he knew us forever and explained everything. When my father in law passed away Kevin and his staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help me.Kevin made this very hard time for us so much easier and my father in laws service was beautiful from start to finish. Kevin and his team made one of the worst experiences in my life a little better, with their great customer service and care for what was going on in my life. Kevin was flexible on multiple occasions especially in regards to time. He was okay with me dropping off clothes for my father after hours and extremely flexible on all other times we needed to be at the funeral home. The funeral home itself was immaculatly clean and extremely welcoming. As far as the service; my dad looked amazing and the services could not have been more pefect. I would highly recommend Kevin and his team for any services related to final resting plans. Kevin was a huge help in this process and I am so thankful to have found him. Very personable, considerate and great at what he does. Thank you so much, Kevin!
