Max at Ker Phaneuf was a tremendous help upon passing of my cousin, Sylvia. Tender care was provided from the moment they took possession after she passed. He coordinated all this with me via phone/email/text when I wasn’t personally there. Sylvia had a pre-paid funeral policy with Ker Phaneuf and they honored her wishes perfectly. Out-of-pocket costs were only those not guaranteed in the pre-paid contract and were minimal. Max coordinated the service with the church and cemetery and went out of his way to keep up with last minute attendees to her interment. Highly recommend!

From the moment I stepped out of the car in the parking lot and was greeted by Max, until a couple of months past my family member's burial, I have had nothing but positive interactions. Max and everyone involved was extremely kind, helpful, compassionate, sensitive and understanding. They went above and beyond to grant my family's wishes with the utmost compassion and professionalism. It's been a couple of months and I have still had someone from Ker Phaneuf reach out to me from time to time to offer any assistance, to see how I'm doing, and to pass along information about grief. The staff at Ker Phaneuf went well above and beyond to help us during our time of grieving for our loved one. We were treated as if we were family and they displayed a genuine concern for my family.
