Kent and Pelczar Funeral Home, led by Michael Pelczar, managed my wife’s funeral arrangements and subsequent burial at NH State Veterans Cemetery over a four-month period. The funeral had been preplanned due to her illness. Michael consulted with our family every step of the way. He coordinated the time of the funeral mass, the scheduling of the concelebrating clergy, the follow-on reception and catered meal at the Legion Hall, as well as the later internment of her ashes at the cemetery. He followed our plan/wishes exactly with the ultimate in professionalism, care, and compassion. He arranged media notifications and obituary publication. He made suggestions throughout the process that assured her funeral process was a dignified, sensitive, and tender event. Several years ago, I had reserved spots for both of us at the Veteran’s Cemetery, and upon her passing, Michael made all the arrangements with the Cemetery, coordinated the Chapel service, presiding clergy, and flower placements. During a very stressful time, Michael relieved me of the stress of the funeral details and arrangements. I cannot say enough positive about the Kent and Pelczar Funeral Home.
