In February 2024 my father-in-law passed away at Hilton Head Hospital. He was elderly and vacationing from Pennsylvania during the winter months. He loved Hilton Head. At the time of his death, Jim Keith was my first and only phone call. He personally answered my phone call after hours, answered my initial questions and then promptly transferred my father-in-law's remains back to his funeral home. He walked us through the necessary arrangements to transfer his body back to Pennsylvania, where we were able to have a traditional funeral and burial service in his hometown the following week. Jim was much more than a caring and compassionate funeral director, he was a friend who helped us through the most difficult of times.
