I felt Keaton's made a tough process as good as it could be. People were attentive, good listeners and choices left up to us with options explained but not up sold. I felt Kate was the very best representative I could have had as she heard my concerns and followed up with me to ensure I knew requests were completed.

Wonderful, kind & highly professional in all ways from start to finish. At a stressful time Keatons was amazing. I made arrangements for my wife's cremation on the day she was dying. everything was handled clearly, easily and with great sympathy by all the staff members that helped me. It could have been even easier if I had prearranged things weeks, months or years earlier. I'll do that for myself with Keaton's to make things simple for my children.
