Originally scheduled a consultation to get some questions answered and to start the planning process. Joe kept in regular contact over the span of 8 months and was quick to offer suggestions and reiterate his role to assist. The weight that takes off ones shoulders during this difficult time was exactly what every grieving family deserves. Once it was time, Joe was covering all the bases I was naturally forgetting. From the initial planning to eventual burial and finalizing of everything related, Kalmers professionalism and dedication to making this journey as seamless as possible was always shining bright. Joe Kalmer was very helpful with all aspects of my use of his services. He worked hard and tirelessly as I moved my husband out of state for hospice care before his death. Joe problem solved getting our prepaid cremation done long distance working to keep the costs contained. He was always available to answer my questions and walk me through the unfamilar territory of the details of death certificates, obituary placement and pricing, etc. Joe was always supportive and caring.
