They went over and beyond my expectations. The planning and funeral was done so well and all the guidance was wonderful. I couldn’t imagine it could have been done better anywhere. They really help and listen to what you are saying and struggling with.

Recently, my Dad passed and it was a big loss because he was so awesome, and we were also very close. As a result, Michelle was assigned to handle the significant special needs that arose out of our unique situation, and she came through amazingly on so many levels. A final note – my Dad is an Veteran and they helped arrange a beautiful ceremony with 21 Gun salute, and Bugle and Flag Folding Ceremony. Michelle also did an awesome job helping us create the Urn and pack everything into our mini-memorial.

Robert and his staff handled everything you can think off. My family could concentrate on taking care of my dad since Justens took care of everything else. What a great place and so happy they guided us to have a great celebration of life in church and fellowship after. Ashley R with aftercare service was also excellent and took care of all the necessary steps like social security, Medicare etc that needed to be done. Great advice and guidance. Full service to make the family feel comfortable and secure so we could enjoy 93 years of great times with mom.
