I was extremely disappointed in fact appalled by the actions of JT HALL funeral services. The unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable. This lady closed the casket in front of the family throwing a towel on my Father’s face and proceeded to attempt to lock the casket with the lining hanging outside the casket. If I could upload the photo I have of how the casket was placed on the church truck you would understand my frustration. Not to mention when we exited the church the family car was inoperable. I understand that things are not always perfect but my experience today was a once in a lifetime event. I’ll never have the opportunity to bury my Father again and believe me if I did I would never consider JT HALL funeral services. I truly wish this NEVER happens to anyone else but PLEASE CONSIDER MY REVIEW WHEN YOU ARE IN NEED OF SERVICES. J T HALL MAY NOT BE THE PLACE TO GO..

The workers that came to pick my my grandpa's body were complaining about how much they didn't want to be there "and they were just about to sit down and eat their dinner" and complaining about how big he was. They also were giving my step dad a hard time because he wasn't helping. HIS FATHER HAD JUST DIED NOT EVEN 30 MINUTES AGO. These workers were absolutely horrible and insensitive in front of my family (one of which was a 16 year old child). Horrible people.

I reached out to them when my mother unexpectedly passed away. I didn’t know what to do or where to start. They were patient with me and walked me through everything and even reached out to another mortuary in another state my mother was in. Britley put together a wonderful memorial service for my mother.
