Reached out to them regarding handling my step father's services. From our first interaction to the last they were great!!! Very professional and told us everything we needed to know/do. I would highly recommend them. The family of the late John Suggs appreciates this business and their kindness during this difficult time.

The Walker family would like to say thank you to Batchelor Brothers for taking good care of our loved one Mr Walker, once he arrived at the funeral home and until he was laid to rest in the ground. The funeral home is a beautiful building. All of the different spaces and rooms they have for you and your loved ones to meet in are really nice. Ms Kennedy and the rest of her staff were great. They were always saying how sorry they were for our loss and always so nice and very accommodating. The service was beautiful, from the clergy’s words of wisdom, the singers and the music and other staff that helped make the service what it was. Her staff during the service always made sure we were okay with everything before they proceeded with anything. The transition to take him to the burial grounds was very seem less, with no issues of not being able to locate his gravesite and a prayer being said by a relative. We were driven throughout the day by a staff limo driver back to our location. At the end of service they provided us with something like a care package to take home. Service date January 5, 2023

Terrible funeral services provided by Batchelor Brothers. Poor communication, no empathy. My family and I had to always reach out to them to find out information. The staff was not welcoming nor inviting. They delivered the programs late so friends and loved one that came only for the viewing didn’t get a program. When I asked Ms Kennedy and another male director about it they just said they were late without even an apology, as if to say, deal with it. When we got to the cemetery, they had no idea where the grave site was and the cemetery staff had to take them to it. When we got there, the man performing the so called burial rituals just barked out the 23 Psalms. That was it? I felt disrespected, not only for me and my family but for my deceased brother. I’ve used other funeral homes before and they said a prayer and words of comfort at the grave. He also was going to start before my dead brother’s son could walk up from his car to the grave to see his father placed in the ground. I wrote an email to Ms Kennedy saying how disappointed we were but true to form, I have not received a response back from her. Do not used Batchelor Brothers, they are very unprofessional, insensitive to your loss and the pain you’re going through.
