When I was planning my father’s last wishes with him he asked that I bring him home to Utah to be with family. He had used Jones Mortuary for his mother and said they had taken such great care of her. When the time came I made one phone call and they took care of everything for me. The staff (especially Lily) were incredibly kind during this difficult time and very good about explaining the process to me and making things as streamlined and smooth as possible. The service they provided to me felt personal and made me feel as though they genuinely cared. They even reached out to me a couple months afterwards to check in with me and ask how I was doing.
