Date of service 12 Sept 2021 The Jones family first impression began when they were able come to my home in within 60 minutes or less. The empathy from his son upon arrival filled the room as he gave my mother tender hearted care from the bed into the hearse. Working along side Carlos was an experience everyone should have when a loved one transitions. He was very empathetic and was avaliable at all times. His attention to detail and his ability to enhance our vision and more was exceptional. The facial makeup on my mom was flawless in addition to her regalia. The entire process was seamless and transparent from the time my mom's body was picked up until the time she was laid to rest. Thank you Carlos for holding our hand through our darkness hour.
