Horrible horrible Place to do business. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this establishment. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The Owner was very rude, unprofessional, & not empathetic at all, was all about $$$$. She never returned calls @ a timely matter & Voicemail stayed full. I was quoted a price & was charged a different price in person. My Loved was sitting in her establishment 3 weeks after the passing when cremation was supposed to take place waayyyy before. I was already going through a hard time with the lost of my Loved one & to experience this with the owner & her unprofessionalism, uncaring, rude, ways was very traumatizing to me. NEVER again.. ZERO STARS for me 😡😪

I wish I can give this place 0 Stars. The funeral director at this establishment has one of the most disgusting attitudes my family had to work with. If you're running a funeral home you have to display something that is called, compassion and understanding. You are dealing with people in a emotionally vulnerable state and the last thing they want is to be disrespected. My grandmother died and her grand son who hasn't seen her in 4+ years that is in the UNITED STATES AIR FORCE came half way across the country to see his grandmother one last time before she is put to rest and you have the nerve when I brought it to your attention to CLOSE THE CASKET ON HIM BEFORE HE SAID HIS LAST FAREWELL?!! SHAME ON YOU. You are argumentative, condescending and disrespectful. For running a black owned business owner, you have to set a standard of etiquette when we could selected PLENTY OF OTHER FUNERAL HOMES OTHER THAN YOURS to conduct service. You chastise my relatives on the outfit we picked for her and the color casket. FYI , when you are dealing with a deceased female, you remove excess facial hair when you present them to the family. You don't give us attitude when we point out a flaw in regards to presentation for the family private viewing before the funeral. That's what a previewing is for, to correct things that are fixable between now and the funeral service. All you wanted to do is argue with grieving relatives of mine and give attitude when we tell you to shave the facial hair off my grandmother's face because it looks prominent when you put on the makeup. All you had to do is say okay, sorry I overlooked that. I will have correct it before the service. That's it. You didn't need to take things to a level higher than that with your attitude. We are the family, We make the decisions. Also on the obituary, we planned the service to be at 11am the following day. So we get there at 10am. She REFUSED TO LET US IN until 11am. Didn't instruct us that she was going to do that or ANYTHING! I felt that the funeral director was rude in more than one instance and didn't have ANY disregard to your feelings. She has an attitude problem that is left unchecked. If I was POA I would totally select a funeral home owned by people that actually can conduct themselves in a EMPATHETIC & PROFESSIONAL MANNER. You are just supposed to oversee that everything is done in a stress free and smooth manner. You made it very stressful with your condescending, disrespectful and unprofessional attitude. If you are tired of the industry that you work in, find another. When people lose a love one, you don't kick them when they are down. SAVE YOURSELF THE EXTRA STRESS that you are experiencing have a love one pass. SHAME ON YOU! PROS yeah you corrected the facial hair and you opened the casket back up after another person told you to. Shouldn't have never closed it on her grandson in the first place. Disgraceful. This is based off of my personal experience with this funeral home with the attitude that was displayed towards me. Other relatives that have done business with FD are free to share there experience and not call me about how I felt about mine.
