Thoroughly pleased with their service and hospitality!! They delivered a beautiful send-off for my beloved grandmother that exceeded expectations. My family and I are extremely particular; the staff tended to our every needs without hesitation and were more than professional and compassionate. Navigating through this difficult time (especially from out-of-state) would have been much harder without them, and for that, I'm forever grateful to have met them. The men who came to retrieve my gramma were professionally dressed and made me feel like she would be in the hands of people who would treat her with dignity, and they absolutely did. The embalmer is a true talent. I was with my gramma when she died and she looked so far from herself at the end, but the embalmer brought her back. The makeup was very tasteful and she even painted her nails. I was nervous to see my gramma, but the embalmer gifted me with a last visual of my gramma being at the peace I hope she is. Also, Octavia was amazing. She answered all of our questions and kept in contact with us about every part of the process. She was very available for communication whenever we needed it.
