Lynn was wonderful when we met with her to make arrangements after my mom passed away. She greeted us immediately when we arrived and was well prepared. She listened to what we wanted, made helpful suggestions and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t want. She kept me informed throughout the days that followed our meeting and was just extremely kind and compassionate throughout the process.
