I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from John T. Rhines Funeral Home. Unfortunately, their handling of my loved one's arrangements fell short of my expectations. While I understand that funeral homes have a difficult task, I expected more care and attention to detail during a sensitive and emotional time for Me and My Family. Sadly, John T. Rhines Funeral Home failed to deliver. It's needless to Say that unfortunately I will not be Using them in the Future as I had Plans to Commit to Them Previously.
