We pay thousands of dollars for our loved ones stones.and they end up sinking more and more into the ground. And the maintenance sucks ad my father has to weed wacky around the family stones and clean off the grass. So disrespectful and saddened. Just proves Flynn is take your money and forget the deceased.

Your services for my brother, Dennis Primerano, on December 12-13, 2023 were highly disappointing. First, at the viewing there was total lack of direction...from Not Greeting visitors, to Not directing the lines to allow for a smooth, respectful flow. Twice changing plans to Not proceed to the cemetery was confusing ànd unwarranted. Further, the greeting upon return to the funeral "Thank you for your support" was offensive. Lastly, your preparation services were inferior.

KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!!!!! I pd the bill for my son's cremation in full. Then I received a bill for a balance due from Brian Uzarski, the person who took the payment. I have a receipt from the funeral home, and the credit card I used stating payment was made to them. I also had a witness that saw me pay it. I also had to return to funeral home the day I was given the death certificate because Brian handed me anothers cert instead of my son's. So beware of their incompetence.
