The first call I made Steve the Director was so nice. We had never planned a funeral before and Steve guided us through everything. He helped us with the obituary which we were lost on. He never rushed us he told us everything would be taken care of. We never worried about anything and that’s how you should feel when planning a funeral. Thank You for taking great care of our dad.

We recently had Jakubs-Waite handle my mother's service. We originally used them for my father’s arrangement a couple years ago and there was no question after that experience we would use them again. Steve and his team never pressured us into anything and the attention to detail and management of the service were impeccable. They were even able to get a video feed of the service for our family members overseas. I would highly recommend them; they will provide a very high level of service.
