It's a blessing to have a place like Jackson Memorial to lean on. My mom passed in Houston, Tx and Damian told us not to worry they will take care of everything and make sure our mom get to Jackson. He did just that! Throughout the entire process he was a true professional. Thank you Damian for being the caring and compassionate person that you are. Lasure and Julia, thank you for ALL the many things you did while preparing our mom for her service. She was so beautiful when you finished with her. Mr. Owens, thank you for the great advice you gave our family concerning the service. Thank you again for  the conversations we had while riding in the family car. You were always a joy to be around. I hope I'm not in need of Jackson Memorial services anytime soon, but it's good to know you're there if I am. Thank you all again. God bless!

you can never get a hold of the director at this facility. His staff claim he has been out of town for weeks( very unprofessional) . They don’t communicate with you even though they have a loved one in they care. Unprofessional to its finest !! If you’re not “close” with the director no payment plans or HELP is available to you.

I would first off like to start off by saying the customer service of the funeral staff was very unprofessional and very rude . During the services we asked for obituaries and were told they were not to be given out but to “ family only” . After speaking with the family it was stated that was NOT TRUE : they wanted everybody to receive one due to the fact people have came from afar and wanted it to be known where the Repast was . After the funeral , me and several others were trying to get to the family ; the funeral staff withheld us and locked the doors to the limo and stated “ can’t you want until later to give them cards” . After getting to the cemetery , the family had to wait 10 minutes to get out of the limos while the pallbearers and everybody else were waiting out in the heat at the grave .That is very unprofessional and unbelievable . Overall the funeral services went well but the Staff is very rude and are very pushy . They really need to work on this if they intended to run a business .
