Nothing about my Grandma's funeral went the way the family wanted. We were given an hour at the funeral home to say our goodbyes, yet Stephanie felt the need to close the casket after 45 minutes. I guess our goodbyes were taking to long for her. Then the put flowers my Mom bought in the casket instead of giving them to her, for our family to have. And was very unhappy that the graveside ceremony wasn't at the headstone with my Grandpa, but in the center of the cemetery. Goodbyes are hard enough, but they made it even harder.

Throughout this experience, the quality of service was outstanding. The team exhibited extraordinary dedication and commitment, greatly easing a difficult period. Their meticulous attention to detail and readiness to help truly stood out, and I am profoundly grateful for their efforts.
