The Morin Family has been a Staple in the Spencer Community for Many years. J. Henri Morin and Son Funeral Home is the only Place that I would have my Family members services before they are laid to rest. The care and compassion that they show the Family and the level of professionalism is unmatched. This is why Al and family at J. I personally have attended many funerals to say goodbye to loved ones and friends over the years. This is something that does not come easy for myself and many others. Knowing that that you will be saying your final goodbye can be heartbreaking. With that said, I have to say that I have always felt a great support from the Morin family. They somehow find a way to help you find strength on such a difficult day. I have to share this story because as hard as it is for me to relive this day, it really opened my eyes to see just how much strength and professionalism their role as a funeral home requires. Several years ago a dear childhood friend passed away. This very same friend was extremely close to the Morin family on a very personal level. This had to be difficult on them. As I attended my friends funeral I watched how the Morin family not only had to work the funeral as a professional business but also had to grieve the loss of a dear friend. This is certainly something I could never handle emotionally. However, I was in awe watching how professional, compassionate, and caring they were during a time of not only the loss of their own friend, but during a time of the loss of another families loved one. A loss that they both shared. I sat and watched them grieve like everyone of us that day and yet they had a job to do. The Morin family handled this with such grace and dignity...something I am sure I could not succeed at. It was this very day that I looked at this family in an entirely different way and understood why it is that so many people entrust them to embrace their final moments with a loved one. This is the very reason why the Morin Family will be embracing the loss of my loved ones.

My Mom recently passed and I have to say working with Al & his son was wonderful. I had lots of questions and they were so professional and helpful. I appreciate all that went into the planning & preparation with my Moms services. In such a sad time, it was a smooth process and I’m happy to have chosen J Henry Morin.
