Our first interaction with David was when he answered our phone call at 11pm on a Saturday night after our dad passed away and the hospital needed to know which funeral home we were using. He was kind and gracious and said, yes, he would help us. From that point on he handled everything. We were able to give our dad a beautiful send off and David took care of all of the details, giving us the space to deal with our grief and take care of each other.
