Just a few weeks ago, my husband’s brother passed away unexpectedly. His son asked us to be with them in making arrangements. Ami was very professional yet down to earth. She explained all the details and never pushed us. We felt her genuine sympathy and concern. Often throughout the days, we saw Ami’s eyes full of tears for us and our loss. She maintained contact with us and his son each day and days following the funeral. A prior experience in 2020 was not at all like 2023. Ami has a genuine heart and passion for dealing with grieving families. We appreciated Tommy’s compassion toward us during the funeral too. Well pleased!

I am writing this post in regards to my mother, Cinda Butler, having a great experience this past year with my grandmother passing. Ami went above and beyond to help comfort my mom and plan the funeral. One year later she still has checked on my mother and she even had written a personalized message on the Ivey funeral home care package calendar for the month of October that had been sent home one year ago.
