I’m not sure how best to post a positive review of a really crummy day, other than to just say that I don’t think “thank you” can ever mean enough. I’m so thankful that Imes was so willing and able to support us when our family dog met his last day. Everyone I came across during the process was so kind and gentle and just let me cry when I needed to. No one ever made me feel rushed or judged me for being so emotional over losing my dog. I appreciate all of their kindness and the hugs. Imes is family owned and operated and you feel that they have poured their lives into ensuring people and pets are taken care of with respect and dignity, as they also care for those mourning their loses.

When your beloved pet passes away let this be the first place you call. They are kind, understanding and helpful. When our 11 year old house rabbit passed away we couldn't bear to do anything other than cremation. I was concerned it would be expensive but Imes was very affordable. We received our bunny's ashes back so much quicker than I expected. The engraved box is lovely and something we will always cherish. We are thankful for the service Imes provided for us.

When mom passed suddenly, and not having been through the process before, I knew I would need a lot of help and support. Imes was recommended by a friend. Wendy Imes gently and compassionately guided me through several very difficult days with respect and dignity. I never felt rushed. I always felt like my family and my mom's wishes were her top priority. To say she and Matt went above and beyond would not be giving them enough credit. When faced with crushing grief, Wendy and Matt held me up, listened to my request, and provided superior service. My mom was treated with the highest level of care and compassion. Mom would have been very proud of what they were able to help me accomplish.
