My parents and brother bought their urns and cremation plans in 2016. My father and brother passed in 2017 and my mother passed this last March. The funeral home was absolutely wonderful, from the time they helped my parents filling out their paperwork to immediately responding to their passing. My sisters and I live overseas, so finalizing my mother’s cremation fell on the shoulders of her sister, Bonnie Bailey, who would like to extend her gratitude to all at Hustad Funeral Home. There is no way to thank them enough for the services they provided.

This was by the worst service I have ever been to. Tasteless, dated, horrible seating, and service. The slide in any funeral is very important. It’s a time a family gets to reflect on all the memories of a family member. The electronics are not Apple compatible so that is a deal breaker for me and hurt me to the core they couldn’t get it up. My family needed to see that slide. I am livid. My brothers service was ruined by lack of sympathy and lack of leadership and accessibility. It felt truly like cheap, poor service and that as long as they got paid we should be able to do what we want. People take time to make a family home going nice and to have it tacky and tasteless and poor management is to bad. Save yourself the time. Omega is better

When my daughter unexpectedly died, Scott Logan and his staff were exceedingly helpful, respectful and ready to support my wishes for simplicity, for anointing and dressing my daughter for her journey and for time with her body. From the moment I contacted Husted until Scott personally delivered my daughters final death certificate, six months later (because we had to wait on the results of a toxicology report), I felt completely safe, knowing I was in the hands of compassion and so very taken care of.
