I would give 0 stars if i could. This place was the absolute worst. My family had some previous dealings with this funeral home many years ago, and there weren't any complaints. The director Bob is so rude to his employee (which i have found is his granddaughter) you get no answers. Everything is i don't know or let me look into that. When speaking to this man in person he is not sympathetic, unprofessional, and the office you sit in has no heat and looks like a tornado went through it. They were trying to give me belongings that were someone else's. Was there on a thursday and they missed the deadline for The Morgan Messenger that runs once a week on Wednesdays. And the secretary promised she would have items to me to review before end of business on Thursday, that didn't happen. I had to write my father's obituary if i wanted it done. This places is clearly incompetent of everything. The icing on the cake is when i called each time to discuss something, Bob's answer was always, "its out of my control. i don't control that" He took no accountability for how he ran his establishment Please do not put yourself through this circus. Go to Giffin in Capon Bridge or anywhere else.

Absolutely do not use this funeral home. Unprofessional, unsympathetic. From coming to pick up my loved one who had passed, to the day of the memorial service, and every moment in between....awful.

These people are amazing. I would recommend 100 percent. They are kind and caring and understanding. They were my savior in my time of need.
