Terrible! Today, my family said our goodbyes to an aunt. An hour late. My aunt's service was to be held at Howard Harris funeral home at 1pm. Doors were locked, no one was there. Apparently they had another service earlier today, my condolences to the family there, and were running behind. Meanwhile people of all ages from 2 months old to the elderly were outside waiting. They finally showed up right at 1:45. Doors opened at 2:00. A couple of people had already left because of other obligations elsewhere. I will never recommend you. That was very distasteful and disrespectful.

I am seriously not satisfied by the people working at this funeral home. The only one that was helpful and compassionate is the funeral director. The staff are not helpful and do not know what they are doing. We have had several problems with this place during this rough time in our lives. Nothing was ever clearly explain and we have had to ask questions several time to figure out what is happening. I wish we had time before to research funeral homes but that was not possible with the quick passing of my father.

I was really impressed how good my dad looked .thank you so much for doing a amazing job during this hard time in my life .the service everything was wonderful. I thank you for taking card of my daddy .Mr.Dickie Joe Marcel. Miss you so much daddy .
