Shelly O’Dell (Fort Myers) was the best! We went in for pre arrangements, she was very well informed answered all of our questions and helped us pick out the plan that would work the best for us! We are very glad we took the time to do this so our children won’t have to worry about making these decisions at a stressful time.

Shelly was just a pleasure and so helpful. No high pressure pitch. She answered all of our questions thoroughly. Everything was done in one fell swoop.

If I could post no stars I would. Wouldn't accept payment from two separate people. Was told i would receive a phone call about the arrangements. I sat out in the parking lot 3 hours waiting for that call. I finally went in.When asked why I didn't receive a call about the arrangements. Was told "Oh I got side tracked! They didn't even bother to call when the cremains were sent. I had to call. When the cremains arrived. Date of death was wrong!!! I was actually wondering if the cremains were really my daughter's! I called was told " I apologize well,send out the correct date of death. Also, was asked if the correct date was on the death certificate? Yes, it was because Baldwins didn't print it! I requested her fingerprints. They weren't even enclosed. I was given a lame excuse as to why they weren't provided! This place has absolutely no Compassion or Empathy! All you did was cause more stress to a already stressful situation! Hope you're proud of yourselves! This whole ordeal was completely disgusting!
