My mother in law passed away suddenly and we got horizon funeral care referred by a friend . James who is the funeral Home director answered to all our questions patiently and was very responsive via text messages . We kept following up with all the protocols needed and he was very helpful giving us detailed instructions on how to go about getting everything ready for the cremation . He understood our personal religious requirements and was very understanding and cooperative with all our wants and needs . He was generous enough to give us a late evening slot to complete our rituals followed by cremation . Since everything happened over the 4th of July long weekend he opened the facility to meet with us to give us the ashes on the 4th . We cannot thank James enough for all that he has done for our family during our difficult time .
