Extremely disappointed. I have left 4 messages and visited in person with a complaint and still waiting for a call back. This is the irrigation problem that has not been resolved for over 3 months .

DO NOT BURY YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!. They take your money and nothing gets done for months and months. My Mom was buried 7/14/2023. I was told the headstone would be engraved and the picture placed within two months. The engraving didn't get done until 12/23 and I am still waiting for the picture to be placed. There have been too many phone calls to count on my part with me begging and pleading with them to get it done. Every person I talked to said it would, but it never did. i just talked to someone again yesterday and they promised me the picture would be placed next week. It's a lie. It won't happen. My Mom and Dad paid good money in advance to be buried here. They take your money and run away with it. You should take your hard earned money and go to a more competent, caring place. These people don't know what they are doing and they certainly don't care about your feelings. It's all about the money. Look at all the negative reviews on Yelp. Also when you leave a message NO ONE returns your call. Even the Manager Mike Lacey wouldn't return my calls when I complained to him about everything in one call and he said he would be there if I needed him. Unfortunately I can't post this without at least one star. They deserve no stars. Run!

I had flowers delivered for my nephews funeral. The wreath was given to the wrong funeral! The attending employee remembered and apologized. I asked to speak to the manager Mike while I was there, I left numerous voice messages emails. NO RESPONSE FROM "MIKE". I also asked to credit my SIL the amount towards a payment for their niche, still no response. I'm out almost $300 dollars. I know people are still going to use this place, it's beautiful Just know if something goes wrong you won't hear back.
