20+ years ago I used to work in this service industry. I thought I knew great service back then as I was part of the group to provide it. Fast forward to today. No tragedy to navigate, thankfully. Just me, saving my family added future headache in making arrangements for me. I made them. Today - when I'm perfectly able to do so. The staff is fantastic. Especially Tyler Waud. He took me through the current system of detailed arrangements. Easy, understandable, thorough, kind and thoughtful. I've got what's needed, my family will not have a single worry about final arrangements or wonder about my wishes. It's all there.
