My father requested that I use Holloman-Brown. I did not research them and this was my first experience with planning a funeral. I learned a lot, and the most important lessson I learned was not to use Holloman-Brown. They were zero help with planning and everythng action they did take was slow and had additional charges. Really bad experience. On the bright side, they gave me another reason to hope I never die.

All of the staff including the directors were amazingly helpful and understanding during a difficult event regarding our loved one. The staff was both professional and caring and the event was beautifully decorated and meticulously planned. Additionally, Ryan and the other directors enabled me via their technology to present a loving video tribute to my Mother and also play the prayers of my pastors from out of state during the service. I would highly recommend Holomon Brown and their staff.

Nicole worked with us at our lowest moment after we lost our 27 year old daughter. She was compassionate and understanding and did not try to take advantage of us during our time of grief. Thank you to the staff who helped this New Yorker in her time of grief in VA and showed her why her daughter loved VA so much, just wish it was under different circumstances.
