The entire staff at Hixson Funeral Home was very professional and supportive during our experience with them. They worked as a team to ensure that every detail was carried out for the service. We will forever be grateful to them for the kindness and thoughtfulness shown to us during our time of need.

I am a florist from Texas who tried to make a delivery to the funeral home Thursday evening for a early Friday morning service! My customer was supposed to pick it up Thursday and bring it herself, because She had to work Friday morning, and the funeral home told Her absolutely no deliveries till 9 AM Friday morning. I tried to call being a florist to see if I could make the delivery then Thursday evening and again was also told no, that Noone would be there for an early delivery on Thursday, because Noone stayed there. I had to get up and leave My shop at 730 to make the delivery to Your funeral home, and when I arrived, there were flowers everywhere. I asked the ladies who where there arranging flowers when they received these flowers because I was first to arrive at 8:15 this morning and the one lady said, I met florist 2 different times yesterday for deliveries here as i just live right up the road! 😡 I then told her that I and My customer were both denied by the staff and the director for a Thursday evening delivery. I had to shut My shop down to make this delivery for the friends of the decedent. Poor management and not good on making any kind of accommodation for anyone outside of their area!
