No one wants to deal with the death of a loved one. Everyone at Hitzeman were helpful and empathetic. When I had questions they were quickly answered. They gave me the grace and peace to say goodbye to my father with dignity.

We used Hitzeman’s for both my mom and dad’s funeral and they were exceptional. Every detail was perfect, their kindness so appreciated, they thought of things even before we did, they were even fun and funny as appropriate, they felt like family. Chuck thought of such a touching gesture my mom would have loved - she was not buried so we placed flowers in her coffin around her as people gave their last goodbye. The Alioto family will never forget how Hitzeman’s helped during our time of need.

Hitzeman handled my father's wake and funeral beautifully. From the very first time we walked in, we felt like we were sitting down with family talking about his wishes. Everything was perfect and they made sure that along the way they were checking in and helping out if needed. Chuck, Scott, Danielle and Donna were all wonderful.
