If I could leave 100 Stars I would. All of the staff are caring and compassionate people. They take the time to get to know people that have lost their loved ones. They make you feel like family. The services they offer are affordable and tailored to the needs of each family. Thank you so much for all you have done for my family.

FORGED MY MOTHERS NAME IN AN ATTEMPT TO POCKET $500!!! FRAUDULENT CROOKS!!! The VA actually had to step in or they would've taken advantage of my mom. Brian FORGED her name on a form and claimed he was donating $500 to the legion. On top of all that....It took a full month just to get a 2 hour celebration booked. It took just as long to get the obit we had to write ourselves published. My mom called Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday one week with questions and got no response until Monday. The necklaces with my dad ashes were literally just thrown into the boxes loose and rolling around. They had the necklaces 5 days, never called me to pick them up as planned, and I had to ask when I could get them back. 3 spathiphyllum plants were purchased at $50 a piece for the funeral and only 1 arrived, the other was a cheap $20 croton plant and a cheap table basket instead. At the end they were mostly worried about trying to sell us a $174 frame for a picture. Not honorary for a veteran death at all. Just about money!

Our family was so fortunate to have Hite Funeral Home during our difficult time. Brian was compassionate, payed attention to details and took care of everything for our Aunt. We have used Hite for our families funeral needs for years and would recommend them to anyone.
