I was completely lost when my husband passed two weeks ago. They took care of his cremations without any headaches on my side.they deal with me being patience with my husband life insurance company. I was cater by danny and he is an awesome guy. I feel his sympathy. One of the girls reach out to me to see how am i doing and give me some thoughts about how to cope up with my loss. Its never easy and it was so painful event that first time happen to me away from my family. But they help me through it. Highly recommended.

They handled the burial of my wife Donna Sheets very well in every way. I expect my family to use them when I pass away. Very professional and easy to work with in a time of need.

They are all about business. They have no sympathy for the family. They told me my Mom's ashes would be placed in a urn. The man pointed to two urns said she would be placed in one. When I went to pick up my mom's ashes, she was in a temporary container. He said they didn't put her in her in an urn because he didn't know which one I wanted. Then they told me it wasn't included and I'd have to purchase a urn. I would not recommend Hippensteel. They are very cold, and only care about money. They do not show any sympathy for The grieving family!
