My mother had arranged and paid for everything for her burial and service back in 2006 - they lost her paperwork in 2013 and we had to go in with all receipts and start over. She died 4-13-23 and her headstone is still not on her grave months later - they told us they 'dropped the ball' and hadn't pulled the headstone from storage even though we had been told for months it was being worked on. We asked for a sun tent and some chairs for a gravesite memorial when her pastor came into town and were told it would cost $950 because of 'overtime' for their staff (even though they do hold weekend services) and they could only provide 16 chairs. Ridiculous, unprofessional, inexcusable, disorganized and not customer centric.

Went in with my mom in the beginning of November to make some pre need arrangements for her. Odilia was absolutely amazing. Made me feel so comfortable that someone was able to communicate properly with my mom. She speaks little to no English and she felt so much better about making her arrangements because she knew she would get what she needs/wants. Highly recommend Odilia Roche for any Spanish speaking families .

Hillcrest memorials staff did a wonderful job... A death in a family is something you really can’t prepare for. The staff was professional, patient, knowledgeable and a great help with the decisions that need to be made along with advise on processes. Sarah was wonderful in her help on decisions and planning. She went the extra mile making the processes easy and she paid close attention to our wants and needs. Thank you to all. Darin Hay
