Julianne was warm and caring and helped me with the cremation of my brother. Things were done in a timely manner, and I received his Death certificates within a week along with his personal item and US Flag. Each question I had was answered with kindness and respect. We were able to work out a fair price for what I wanted done. Thank you again. I would definitely recommend this place.

A couple of years ago, when my mom entered assisted living at a Trinity View Retirement Community, I made pre-arrangements with Highlands. After explaining that for multiple reasons my family and I wanted to keep things very simple and affordable, I was led through the options with absolutely no pressure to upgrade to something fancier. When mom passed, the coordination between Trinity View, Four Seasons Hospice, and Highlands Cremation & Funeral Care was seamless. A couple of hours after hearing of mom’s passing on a Saturday morning, I received a call from a funeral director from Highlands telling me that Highlands had received mom, she was in their care, and that I would hear from him again on Monday. The call came on Monday as promised and a couple of days later I was able to pick up mom’s ashes for a private family service. At every point through the process I was treated with kindness and respect. The staff listened to my preferences and always had answers to my questions.
