My husband’s stepmother passed unexpectedly in February. He called Melancon’s and spoke with Johnny who quoted a reasonable price and arranged for immediate transfer. When my husband arrived at the the house , the staff at Melancon’s was waiting to allow for a few moments with his stepmother before leaving. The Funeral Director assigned was Michelle. She was compassionate and informative without any impression of an attempt to upsell. She provided all the timely, compassionate and necessary follow up and my husband was also contacted by Elizabeth to be sure that all needs had been met. Easy experience. Easy to recommend .
