My son passed away in May 2024,the put incorrect information on his death certificate,the person who gave the information was purposely trying to overstep me an Chris an his staff listen to that person rather than me the mother,I've never dealt with such unprofessionalism. Ask for amended death certificate been going round an round with them an then he had nerve to say it was miscommunication.I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Beware of all the fake smiles an condolences it's not genuine.Beware Beware¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They don't deserve 1 star big 0!!

Edit to add: my mother-in-law passed February 19, the death certificates haven't been ordered yet...but Chris has been paid for 3 copies..... My mother in law passed a month and a half ago. We have yet to receive the death certificates that were bought and paid for, and can not tie up ANY loose ends until they are received. There have been multiple calls, and messages made. That's all you can do, and then have to wait for a call back. Either you don't get one, or "I'll check and see what's going on". Anyone know how I can aquire them without going through heritage?
