I was privileged to have both my Father (many years ago) and my Mother's more recent Memorial Service with Heritage Funeral Home/Chapel Weddington. Both times, we were fortunate to work with Karen Reardon. She is the most amazing person who is professional, compassionate, organized, efficient, and knowledgeable. We were thrilled to find out that she was still at Heritage when we needed to plan a service for our mom. Her experience and understanding of the tasks AND emotions that we were needing to work through were invaluable. We are so thankful for Karen and her professional yet compassionate way of walking us through a very difficult time and yet honoring our mom and our family in ways that we could never have had at a different funeral home.
